Group training

What is Group Personal Training?

Group personal training is done in small groups of up to 8 people. You get a fun and inexpensive alternative to 1-on-1 training, with all the benefits of individual instruction and supervision.

  • Access to equipment. The sessions are structured in a way so that nobody monopolizes any piece of equipment, as often happens in other exercise facilities

  • Results in less time than doing it on your own! People exercise more intensely and feel less fatigued while working out with others

Personal training

  • Completely private. It's just you and your trainer so that you may stay focused on your workout

  • Private change rooms.

  • Listen to whatever music you want! You can bring your own mp3 player and connect it to our stereo.

  • Optional video recording of difficult exercises. If you are having a hard time learning the proper exercise technique, seeing a video recording can enhance your body awareness.

Online personal training

As one of my online clients, you will have access to me through email, and I will be tracking all your workouts. You'll receive a fully customized program designed by me and based on your goals. You will see animated exercises that will demonstrate the correct technique for each exercise. According to your feedback, I will make the necessary adjustments to your future program and bring your fitness to the next level.

1 Year - $650

Rates

Group Training Flexpass

5 sessions for $35/session

10 sessions for $30/session

(You must book the session(s) you want to attend at least 24hrs in advance.)

1-on-1 Personal Training (8 Sessions)

$80 per session

1-on-1 Personal Training (16 Sessions)

$75 per session

1-on-1 Personal Training (24 Sessions)

$70 per session

Group Personal Training (4-8 people, join an existing group or start own of your own)

$25 per session for a Month to Month Package (6 month minimum, first and last month paid in advance.)
1 per week=$100/month, 2 per week=$200/month, 3 per week=$300/month

Can book up to 2 weeks off, 2 times every 6 months with at least 48 hours notice.


$30 per session when you buy a 3 Month Package (post dated cheques for all 3 months.
1 per week=$120/month, 2 per week=$240/month, 3 per week=$360/month

Can book up to 2 weeks off 1 time during 3 month period with at least 48 hours notice.


$35 per session for a 1 month package
1 per week=$140/month, 2 per week=$280/month, 3 per week=$420/month

Semi-Private (2-8 people in a closed group)

$100 per session.
